Meet Maya. Start with her life, not the stack.
Maya is a fictional composite: a photographer and illustrator with a simple human goal — preserve, understand, organize, and reuse the work and memories she has already created without becoming her own infrastructure department.

Maya wants her work organized without becoming her own IT department.
Client shoots live beside illustrations, personal projects, and years of family photographs. She wants the originals preserved, the useful metadata kept, everything searchable, and a reliable backup she still controls.

Understand the person
Her values define the system before the technology does.

The evolving Recipe combines Sushii Assets with image processing, local visual enrichment, semantic search, and workflow automation while keeping originals and source metadata distinct from AI suggestions.

Her system can live on hardware she owns.
The Recipe can be adapted to the machine, storage, privacy posture, and backup routine Maya actually has. Tsugiita can help her think through the tradeoffs without becoming permission to use the open Kitchen underneath.
